What you will do

• Deploy Harmattan’s Manufacturing strategy in coordination with the global team based on local constraints.
• Lead the industrialisation of new products, ensuring high standards of manufacturability, repeatability, and quality.
• Manage the recruitment and upskilling of operators, methods, and quality teams to required volumes.
• Screen and collaborate with strategic suppliers.

Requirements

• Experience in automation engineering, industrialisation, or manufacturing engineering, ideally in aerospace, defence, advanced electronics, or mechatronics.
• Proven track record of taking products from prototype to serial production.
• Solid understanding of DFM/DFA, PFMEA, and lean manufacturing principles.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Morocco.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends as needed.
