Quality Engineer (Defense)

What you will do

• Implement and document procedures aligned with ISO 9001 and EN 9100 standards.
• Conduct end-to-end internal audits covering workstations, processes, and suppliers.
• Manage incoming/outgoing quality checks and analyze product returns to coordinate corrective actions.
• Utilize quality tools such as Root Cause Analysis and Ishikawa diagrams to identify and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Jira and Confluence to document and track quality topics.
• Support risk reduction initiatives across production and R&D teams.

Requirements

• Degree in quality, industrial, aeronautical, or mechanical engineering.
• 2–3 years of experience in quality engineering, preferably in automotive, aerospace, or high-tech sectors.
• Solid knowledge of ISO 9001 and experience performing full-cycle internal audits.
• Proficiency with Root Cause Analysis, Ishikawa diagrams, and risk reduction methods.
• English and French: C1 level (excellent written and verbal) required.
• Location: Must be based in Morocco for on-site work.
