What you will do

• Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance to keep equipment at peak operational readiness.
• Diagnose faults and perform corrective repairs on hardware and system components.
• Execute first-level diagnostics on-site and escalate complex issues through the support path.
• Manage and track the spare-parts pool while feeding failure-trend data back to engineering.
• Support and train customer operators to build their autonomy in routine operation.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and structured field reports.

Requirements

• Hands-on technical maintenance experience with complex electromechanical or electronic systems.
• Practical skills in fault diagnosis, component replacement, and return-to-service procedures.
• Ability to run software diagnostics, configuration checks, and apply system updates.
• Proficiency in reading technical documentation, schematics, and maintenance procedures.
• Must be based in Morocco and comfortable with regular travel to customer sites.
• English proficiency is mandatory.

Nice to have

• Electronics or board/sub-assembly-level repair skills.
• Prior field service experience in complex or safety-critical operational environments.
• Experience supporting and training end-users on complex technical systems.
