What you will do

• Lead, schedule, and mentor a team of Field Service Specialists across multiple customer sites to ensure high-quality maintenance execution.
• Own the preventive and corrective maintenance programs to maintain operational readiness of the deployed estate.
• Define and maintain maintenance standards, procedures, and checklists to drive continuous improvement.
• Act as the senior escalation point for complex fault diagnosis and oversee depot-level repair capabilities.
• Manage the spare-parts and sustainment model, including consumption tracking and obsolescence management.
• Serve as the primary link between field maintenance and engineering to resolve recurring or systemic issues.

Requirements

• Substantial hands-on maintenance experience with complex electromechanical and/or electronic systems.
• Demonstrated experience leading or coordinating field service or maintenance teams (hard requirement).
• Advanced diagnostic depth and ability to oversee component and sub-assembly-level repair.
• Solid grasp of maintenance management, including preventive programs and readiness tracking.
• Ability to manage both hardware servicing and system software operations.
• Willingness for regular travel across customer sites.
• English proficiency is mandatory; clearance eligibility and confidentiality obligations are required.

• Experience in aerospace, heavy-equipment, or similar high-tech industrial sectors.
• Experience setting up and managing depot or repair facilities.
• Train-the-trainer or customer enablement experience.
• Prior leadership background in large-scale technical operations.
