What you will do
- Lead, schedule, and mentor a team of Field Service Specialists across multiple customer sites to ensure high-quality maintenance execution.
- Own the preventive and corrective maintenance programs to maintain operational readiness of the deployed estate.
- Define and maintain maintenance standards, procedures, and checklists to drive continuous improvement.
- Act as the senior escalation point for complex fault diagnosis and oversee depot-level repair capabilities.
- Manage the spare-parts and sustainment model, including consumption tracking and obsolescence management.
- Serve as the primary link between field maintenance and engineering to resolve recurring or systemic issues.
Requirements
- Substantial hands-on maintenance experience with complex electromechanical and/or electronic systems.
- Demonstrated experience leading or coordinating field service or maintenance teams (hard requirement).
- Advanced diagnostic depth and ability to oversee component and sub-assembly-level repair.
- Solid grasp of maintenance management, including preventive programs and readiness tracking.
- Ability to manage both hardware servicing and system software operations.
- Willingness for regular travel across customer sites.
- English proficiency is mandatory; clearance eligibility and confidentiality obligations are required.

- Experience in aerospace, heavy-equipment, or similar high-tech industrial sectors.
- Experience setting up and managing depot or repair facilities.
- Train-the-trainer or customer enablement experience.
- Prior leadership background in large-scale technical operations.
