What you will do

• Lead the design of high-impact digital experiences for campaigns, product launches, and subscriber journeys.
• Own projects from concept to delivery, including flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and research teams to translate user insights into effective solutions.
• Build and evolve scalable design systems to maintain consistency across multiple touchpoints.
• Leverage AI-powered tools and modern workflows to accelerate ideation and execution.
• Contribute to design critiques and mentorship to elevate the overall quality of the design organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product or digital design within cross-functional teams.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of digital experiences, including strategy, UX, and UI.
• Advanced expertise in visual design, typography, interaction design, and systems thinking.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and modern prototyping tools.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in DTC, subscription, or growth-oriented digital products.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
