What you will do

• Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes, including vendor invoice capture and recording via Yooz and NetSuite.
• Prepare and execute payment batches and proactively manage vendor queries.
• Assist with expense report validation, cash and credit card transaction entries.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations and prepare month-end journal entries.
• Manage the fixed assets module, including additions, write-offs, and depreciation, and support VAT return preparation.
• Coordinate with Sales and HR departments regarding T&E policies and staff flow tracking.

Requirements

• Currently studying towards an accounting, finance, or related qualification.
• Fluency in French is essential.
• Good level of English required for collaboration with international teams.
• Strong attention to detail and high standards for accuracy.
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to master tools like Yooz and NetSuite.
• Good organizational skills and ability to meet recurring deadlines.
