What you will do

• Own delivery coordination across interdependent teams including quant developers, platform engineers, infrastructure, IT, and business stakeholders.
• Define and enforce strict "done" criteria with engineering teams to ensure quality delivery.
• Manage and organize test environments to ensure rigorous end-to-end validation before deployment.
• Track all in-flight workstreams within the QIS platform scope.
• Conduct weekly demonstrations of working software for senior stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve cross-team dependencies early to prevent programme blockers.

Requirements

• Hands-on background in implementation or engineering.
• Proven experience in the delivery of trading platforms or complex technical software programmes.
• Demonstrated ability to drive delivery across multiple teams without direct line authority.
• Strong adherence to Agile methodologies.
• Exposure to Python-heavy environments, distributed systems, and KDB.
• Must be based in London and able to work on-site 3 days per week.
