What you will do

• Coordinate the governance calendar for Senior Management, the Board of Directors, and various committees.
• Organize and execute Board meetings, including agenda planning, material coordination, and minute-taking.
• Improve the governance framework, decision-making authorities, and accountability structures.
• Maintain the governance documentation architecture, including policies, charters, and corporate records.
• Prepare governance reporting and materials for senior management, auditors, and regulators.
• Monitor and track governance actions and remediation activities to ensure timely ownership and follow-up.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Law, Finance, Corporate Governance, or Risk Management.
• 5+ years of experience in corporate governance, risk management, or compliance within regulated financial services.
• Proven experience supporting Boards of Directors or executive governance forums.
• Ability to draft high-quality Board materials, committee papers, and executive-level reporting.
• Strong organizational and project management skills for managing competing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with senior executives and stakeholders.

• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks specific to payment institutions, e-money institutions, and fintech companies.
