Product Manager - PayLater (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead product discovery to validate solutions for both individual users and business customers.
• Drive the long-term roadmap for PayLater and B2B billing, balancing operational efficiency and technical resilience.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Risk teams to ensure regulatory alignment and product viability.
• Manage a prioritized backlog balancing new functionality, technical debt, and non-functional requirements.
• Define and track KPIs to monitor product health, adoption, and business impact.
• Roll out billing and payment capabilities in new markets using MVP/MLP thinking.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in payments or product management, focusing on digital payment solutions.
• Experience with complex billing systems, financial infrastructure, or ERP/payment integrations.
• Ability to design products that serve both consumer and B2B payment needs.
• Proven experience leading the development of and leveraging APIs for internal and external customers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
• Must be based in or able to work from Stockholm.
