What you will do

• Maintain and update CRM records to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Create and maintain performance dashboards and reports for cross-functional teams.
• Support the setup and execution of campaigns, workflows, and lead routing processes.
• Provide user support, troubleshoot system issues, and promote CRM best practices.
• Perform regular data audits and cleanup activities to maintain system health.
• Identify process inefficiencies and document workflows to drive standardization.

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience in CRM administration, marketing operations, or sales operations.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage structured data.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Pasig City.

Nice to have

• Experience with automation, lead scoring, or customer lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with CRM integrations, email marketing, and analytics platforms.
• Exposure to SaaS or subscription-based business environments.
