What you will do

• Develop and own the pricing models for markets, points of interest, and individual stores, integrating demand and competition signals.
• Design and implement dynamic pricing logic based on seasonality, occupancy, and local demand.
• Build search pricing algorithms to optimize store ranking, balancing conversion and contribution margin.
• Manage the two-sided pricing equation between travelers and partners to optimize the take rate and long-term equilibrium.
• Execute causal experiments (geo holdouts, switchbacks) to measure the impact of pricing changes and drive rollout decisions.
• Enhance the Data-Focused Agentic Layer to enable self-service operational insights for field teams.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Portugal (On-site)
• 2+ years of experience in pricing, revenue management, or marketplace incentives within consumer marketplaces, travel, or e-commerce.
• Strong expertise in price elasticity, demand modeling, and causal inference techniques (synthetic control, diff-in-diff).
• Proficiency with data visualization and orchestration tools such as Amplitude, Tableau, Hex, and Airflow.
• Experience with Agentic Tooling (Claude, Jules, or Codex) is a must.
• English: Professional proficiency required
