What you will do

• Design and architect scalable ML platforms and AI systems.
• Implement MLOps practices and manage the end-to-end ML lifecycle.
• Develop distributed ML systems and optimize feature engineering workflows.
• Deploy machine learning models into production environments.
• Define data architecture and scalable ETL/ELT patterns.
• Collaborate with teams to integrate orchestration frameworks like Apache Airflow.

Requirements

• Must be based in Portugal
• 8+ years of experience in Data, AI, or Machine Learning Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience designing ML platforms or AI architecture at scale.
• Hands-on expertise with Databricks, Apache Spark, Python, and SQL.
• Experience with Databricks Unity Catalog, Delta Lake, and Lakehouse architecture.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
