What you will do

• Develop full-stack product features that make generative AI core to the creator experience.
• Craft user-facing experiences and optimize backend systems serving large-scale usage.
• Design APIs and data models that support evolving product needs.
• Use AI-native engineering tools to accelerate development, debugging, and codebase understanding.
• Integrate ML models into production (inference, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning workflows).
• Ship incremental value, iterate from real user feedback, and handle ambiguity to deliver outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience building and shipping full-stack applications with real user impact.
• Comfort working across frontend and backend systems.
• Strong product intuition: solve user problems first, then architect solutions.
• Deep curiosity and genuine excitement about generative AI and its potential for creators.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and turn open-ended problems into shipped features.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
