What you will do

• Design and build foundational infrastructure including authentication, permissions, feature flagging, and notifications.
• Evolve the internal product platform to accelerate development across multiple engineering teams.
• Lead the development of enterprise-facing features such as secure multi-party collaboration and admin controls.
• Maintain high standards for security, privacy, and system reliability when handling sensitive legal data.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, AI, design, and GTM teams to deliver enterprise-ready experiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a product-focused full-stack software engineering role.
• Proficiency with React, TypeScript, and Python.
• Track record of building fast-growing SaaS products using PWA technologies.
• Experience building backend platforms that support multiple product lines.
• Strong programming skills and general Computer Science knowledge.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to Toronto, Canada.
