What you will do

• Lead and guide the Application Platform Team in delivering high‑quality, production‑ready solutions.
• Develop scalable systems using .NET, Python, and React within cloud-native environments.
• Mentor and support engineers at various levels, fostering a collaborative, high‑performing environment.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with platform, product, and data teams to set technical direction.
• Establish and maintain best practices for code quality, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with .NET, Python, React/JavaScript, and Terraform.
• Proficiency with Kubernetes, Helm, GitOps, and multi-cloud platforms (GCP/Azure).
• Proven track record of shipping production code in cloud environments.
• Experience managing engineers and supporting team growth.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Octopus.
• Strong communication skills for engaging with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Go or Rust.
• Familiarity with observability tools such as New Relic.
