What you will do

• Build full-stack product features across backend workflows, AI agent logic, APIs, and UI for an agentic PDLC platform.
• Implement Temporal workflows and activities for epic generation, feature decomposition, and code generation.
• Develop FastAPI services for epic/story management, workflow triggering, and human-in-the-loop approval flows.
• Build and tune AI agents using Claude Agent SDK and Anthropic API for various PDLC roles.
• Create TypeScript/React frontend experiences for workflow progress visualization, dashboards, and artifact browsing.
• Integrate with Azure Repos and Azure Boards APIs to support PR-based review and approval processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Python, including FastAPI, async/await, and Pydantic.
• 3+ years of experience with TypeScript and modern frontend development using React and Tailwind CSS.
• Production experience with LLM or AI APIs (Claude, GPT-4) and prompt engineering.
• Experience with workflow engines such as Temporal, Prefect, or Airflow.
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, including schema design and query optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Git, Docker, and cloud-native delivery practices.

Nice to have

• Experience with MCP, A2A protocols, Azure Boards, or Azure Repos APIs.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Helm, or OpenTelemetry.
• Familiarity with AI observability and evaluation tools like Langfuse or MLflow.
