What you will do

• Lead and motivate groups of up to 100 Student Advocates globally via monthly calls and Slack.
• Facilitate communication between Student Advocates and the FT Schools team to implement new ideas.
• Gather and analyze feedback from advocates to shape the development of the program.
• Maintain regular communication with teachers regarding student progress via monthly emails.
• Monitor and track student engagement and participation records.

Requirements

• Current undergraduate or postgraduate university student.
• Located in Singapore or Hong Kong.
• High levels of motivation, initiative, and a strong interest in current affairs.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience mentoring young people or working with diverse groups.
