What you will do

• Conduct live, interactive training sessions and workshops for professional QA engineers.
• Create comprehensive educational content, including lesson texts, draft slides, and screencasts.
• Participate as a speaker in learning videos and design the final course project.
• Collaborate with the curriculum team to align asynchronous and live content.
• Iterate on session and content design based on learner feedback.
• Facilitate Q&A sessions to support student learning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in QA engineering.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted QA tools and proven cases of successful implementation.
• Proficiency in test strategy, automation approaches, and modern QA tooling.
• Background in tech leadership, mentoring, or engineer advocacy.
• Fluent spoken and written English and Russian language proficiency.
• Ability to commit approximately 10 hours per week.

Nice to have

• Background in fintech QA (payments, banking, card systems).
