Salary: $139,400 – $223,100

What you will do

• Lead customer engagements and technical escalations for advanced memory devices including device bring-up and yield ramp.
• Develop and deploy robust test program methodologies and correlation strategies for DRAM and NAND.
• Partner with Engineering, Marketing, and Product Management to influence tester hardware and software roadmaps.
• Create technical demonstrations and documentation to support customer evaluations and internal readiness.
• Drive timely resolution of critical customer issues through structured debug and root-cause analysis.

Requirements

• BSEE or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in memory semiconductor ATE engineering.
• Proficiency in C/C++ programming for test applications.
• Understanding of wafer sort and final test methodologies.
• Must be based in San Jose, CA (on-site position).
• Must have valid US work authorization (no visa sponsorship provided).

Nice to have

• Experience with Nextest Magnum and/or Advantest memory test platforms.
• Experience supporting high-volume manufacturing test flows.
• High-speed serial interface testing experience.
• Experience supporting global customers and managing technical escalations.
