What you will do

• Manage safe and stable operations of assigned medical offices, ensuring compliance with clinical policies.
• Execute clinical and operational strategies in alignment with the organization's vision and CEO's goals.
• Lead, train, and evaluate staff, including Office Coordinators, to resolve skill gaps and support professional growth.
• Optimize provider clinic schedules to maximize office time and ensure patient compliance via Athena Dashboards.
• Resolve staff performance issues, patient complaints, and physician concerns professionally.
• Coordinate the effective opening of new medical offices.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Phoenix, Arizona
• Associate’s degree or Medical Assistant diploma.
• 3-5 years of experience in a medical office setting, including supervising others.
• Proficient knowledge of EMR/EHR systems and basic Excel.
• Strong competencies in project management, leadership, and conflict resolution.
