What you will do

• Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, GCP, and Cloudflare for Layer 1 and Layer 2 systems.
• Optimize the deployment, monitoring, and scaling of blockchain nodes and related services.
• Automate deployment processes using CI/CD pipelines to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Manage and optimize cloud resources on Digital Ocean and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
• Maintain and manage code repositories and workflows on GitHub.
• Lead and mentor a small team of DevOps professionals, combining hands-on work with managerial duties.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, including significant experience in blockchain and decentralized systems.
• Expertise in AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda), Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in Python, Bash scripting, Salt, and Vault.
• Experience with GitHub workflows and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI.
• Deep understanding of networking principles and cloud environment troubleshooting.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to lead a technical team.

Nice to have

• Experience with Testnet and Mainnet blockchain deployments.
• Experience deploying Nodes and setting up Validators.
• Previous startup experience and a passion for blockchain innovation.
