What you will do

• Champion a DevOps mindset by identifying friction points and implementing scalable automation.
• Operate and optimize production environments using infrastructure as code and modern observability tools.
• Build intuitive internal tools to foster a culture of self-service within R&D.
• Manage end-to-end deployments across multiple regions and environments.
• Collaborate effectively with a global, Israel-based DevOps team across time zones.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 4+ years of experience as a DevOps, SRE, or Production Engineer.
• Hands-on experience with production workloads on GCP or AWS.
• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices architecture.
• Deep familiarity with CI/CD systems like GitHub Actions, GitLab, Jenkins, or ArgoCD.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Terragrunt.
• Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or Go.
