What you will do

• Own end-to-end developer experience, including deployments, staging, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Build and maintain templates and tooling for rapid service provisioning and dev environment setup.
• Optimize cluster resources, right-sizing, and GPU utilization to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Develop internal tooling, glue services, and automation scripts using production-quality code.
• Collaborate on broader infrastructure including cluster management, observability, secrets, and networking.
• Create clear runbooks, sane defaults, and safe-by-default deployment processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering with a focus on developer experience.
• Strong coding skills in Python (or similar) for production-quality automation.
• Deep expertise with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Hands-on experience managing real workloads in AWS or GCP.
• Proven track record of owning and optimizing CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, TeamCity).
• English: B2+ level required for effective communication across a distributed team.

Nice to have

• Experience with GPU clusters and ML workloads (model serving, autoscaling inference).
• Interest in AI-first engineering workflows and AI-assisted development.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi).
• Background working in a B2C company with high-traffic production environments.
