TL;DR

Invoicing Operations Lead (NetSuite): Managing the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of partner invoicing within the Merchant Partner Finance function with an accent on governance of high-value outputs and dispute resolution. Focus on auditing complex billing requests, orchestrating workload for invoicing associates, and optimizing SOPs.

Location: Remote (Working hours: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM AEST)

What you will do

  • Audit and approve high-value partner invoices (≥ US$10,000) and Recipient-Created Tax Invoices (RCTIs).
  • Manage the review and approval of credit notes, manual billing requests, and customer master data modifications.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for disputed partner ledgers and complex multi-currency reconciliations.
  • Lead a team of two Invoicing Associates, managing daily resource allocation and workload distribution.
  • Own the delivery of the invoicing close calendar, ensuring cycles are completed within contracted timelines.
  • Maintain comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and deliver weekly performance reports to leadership.

Requirements

  • Advanced, production-level NetSuite proficiency is mandatory.
  • 5+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or revenue operations.
  • 2+ years of experience in a supervisory, review/approval, or team lead capacity.
  • Strong working knowledge of complex, multi-entity, and multi-currency invoicing environments.
  • Mastery of advanced Excel data manipulation (XLOOKUP, Index/Match, pivot tables).
  • Complete fluency in written and verbal English.

  • Experience leading small teams within a BPO or centralized corporate shared-services model.
