What you will do

  • Oversee daily facilities operations, including building opening, closing, and security system management.
  • Provide administrative support such as managing phone calls, mail, courier services, and documentation.
  • Ensure health and safety compliance through risk assessments, fire drills, and maintenance of firefighting equipment.
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies, refreshments, and inventory for the onsite snack shop.
  • Perform Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) and maintain accurate records.
  • Greet visitors and assist in the organization of company social events.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated administrative expertise in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with facilities management and health and safety protocols.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Availability for out-of-hours callouts after completing training.
  • Must be based in or able to work onsite in Didcot, UK.
