What you will do

• Provide strategic leadership for facilities management across all non-production sites in the UK and Ireland.
• Oversee planned and reactive maintenance programs to ensure operational continuity and reliability.
• Lead statutory compliance efforts, including building regulations and environmental standards.
• Manage regional facilities budgets, cost control, and value-driven procurement.
• Coordinate contractor and supplier performance against service-level agreements.
• Support capital projects, refurbishments, and site development initiatives.

Requirements

• Significant experience in a senior or regional facilities management role.
• Full UK driving licence with willingness to travel extensively.
• Strong understanding of statutory compliance, building regulations, and health & safety frameworks.
• Proven ability to lead multi-site operations and manage budgets.
• Professional FM qualification (e.g., IWFM Level 5+) preferred.
• NEBOSH or IOSH certification desirable.
