Location: Hybrid (City of London, UK) — office presence 2 days a week required

What you will do

• Own the commercial and delivery relationship with the SaaS provider, ensuring accountability for quality and service performance.
• Ensure end-to-end platform stability, performance, and fitness for purpose.
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners to deliver enhancements, defects, and upgrades.
• Act as the primary interface between the platform and product teams to translate business demand into deliverable outcomes.
• Define and manage the platform roadmap aligned with business strategy.
• Manage platform risks and challenge vendor scope and timelines to ensure alignment with internal priorities.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering complex SaaS or COTS platforms.
• Strong track record of managing third-party vendors and commercial relationships.
• Experience with customer data, transactions, or rules-based systems.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to drive delivery across multiple teams and complex dependencies.
• Must be based in the UK and able to work hybridly in London

• Experience in loyalty, fintech, or customer platforms.
• Background in product-led or platform-based environments.
