What you will do

• Identify, quantify, and report value targets for productivity gains and financial impact for strategic customers.
• Drive program delivery and ensure seamless operations for AI platform implementation in partnership with account teams.
• Design and build the operating model and delivery model for agentic AI within large enterprises.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing strategic guidance on AI value realization.
• Oversee the onboarding and rollout of AI tools to thousands of engineers to ensure successful deployment.
• Establish centers of excellence and tailored enablement programs within strategic accounts.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
• Professional experience as a Software Engineer (intern or full-time).
• 3-5 years of experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm (Big 3) with a background in value targeting and technology strategy.
• Proven track record of building and expanding client relationships.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, high-intensity, and fast-paced environments.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in London

Nice to have

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role at a startup.
• Experience as a Technical Account Manager, Software Engineer, or Sales Engineer.
• Previous experience as a startup founder or early-stage employee at a high-growth company.
