What you will do

• Analyze financial data to identify fraud schemes and quantify losses incurred by the Government.
• Trace illegally obtained funds and identify assets for recovery by the USAO.
• Develop and consult on legal theories to determine the most effective path for civil or criminal prosecution.
• Create visual exhibits and summarize complex financial evidence for presentation to judges, juries, and opposing counsel.
• Collaborate closely with Assistant US Attorneys (AUSAs) to define case strategies.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain adjudication for a background investigation.
• Location: Must work on-site in Harrisburg, PA.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, criminal justice, law enforcement, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial investigation and/or litigation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
