Salary: $74,100 - $95,000 annually

What you will do
- Lead the development and implementation of document control protocols and information management workstreams.
- Manage all incoming and outgoing submittals and project correspondence as the primary liaison.
- Establish and maintain project data rooms and Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) folder structures.
- Define and enforce document naming conventions and maintain strict version control and metadata tagging.
- Coordinate document distribution and retrieval across internal teams, clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
- Train project team members on document control systems and ensure work meets quality standards.
Requirements
- 6-12+ years of experience in document control within a civil engineering or construction environment.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Engineering Technology, or related field.
- Hands-on experience administering EDMS platforms such as SharePoint, ProjectWise, Procore, or Autodesk Construction Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of document lifecycle management, version control, and archiving.
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and access to a personal vehicle.
- Must be based in or able to work hybridly in Burnaby, British Columbia
