What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end fit-out, renovation, and relocation projects by coordinating architects, contractors, and vendors.
  • Review architectural and engineering drawings to identify risks and ensure build quality through on-site inspections.
  • Manage day-to-day facilities operations, including cleaning, maintenance, and catering services.
  • Oversee vendor relationships and contracts, ensuring service quality and compliance with company standards.
  • Lead regional health and safety initiatives, including training, incident readiness, and business continuity planning.
  • Manage regional budgets, forecasting spend and identifying opportunities for operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in facilities or workplace management.
  • Proven track record in delivering office fit-outs or renovation projects.
  • Strong ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills for managing multiple sites and vendors.
  • Clear and confident communication skills for stakeholder management at all levels.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Toronto, ON.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a regional or multi-site facilities role.
  • Engineering background or technical training.
  • Proficiency in workplace systems such as desk booking or travel platforms.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and budgeting.
