What you will do
- Lead end-to-end fit-out, renovation, and relocation projects by coordinating architects, contractors, and vendors.
- Review architectural and engineering drawings to identify risks and ensure build quality through on-site inspections.
- Manage day-to-day facilities operations, including cleaning, maintenance, and catering services.
- Oversee vendor relationships and contracts, ensuring service quality and compliance with company standards.
- Lead regional health and safety initiatives, including training, incident readiness, and business continuity planning.
- Manage regional budgets, forecasting spend and identifying opportunities for operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in facilities or workplace management.
- Proven track record in delivering office fit-outs or renovation projects.
- Strong ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills for managing multiple sites and vendors.
- Clear and confident communication skills for stakeholder management at all levels.
- Must be based in or able to work from Toronto, ON.
Nice to have
- Experience in a regional or multi-site facilities role.
- Engineering background or technical training.
- Proficiency in workplace systems such as desk booking or travel platforms.
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and budgeting.
