What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performance team of AI-agent developers.
• Own team execution, including sprint planning, priority setting, and delivery commitments.
• Oversee end-to-end development: design, implementation, integration, deployment, and monitoring of AI agents.
• Maintain the capability matrix and roadmap across multiple agents and integrations.
• Communicate progress, risks, and status updates to product and cross-functional management.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership through code reviews and architectural guidance.

Requirements

• Strong software engineering background with expertise in AI/ML and LLMs (preferably agent-based systems).
• At least 3 years of team leadership experience managing deliverables and mentoring engineers.
• Proven track record of shipping complex projects and supporting production systems.
• Experience with cloud environments and modern production monitoring tools.
• BSc in Computer Science or a similar field.

Nice to have

• Direct experience developing or maintaining LLM-based systems or AI agents.
• Ability to balance people leadership with hands-on engineering.
