What you will do

• Design and implement AI agents using LLMs to automate complex document processing tasks.
• Build and maintain machine learning pipelines for content-heavy enterprise workflows.
• Fine-tune and optimize pre-trained LLMs to improve classification and data extraction accuracy.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into core operations.
• Develop evaluation metrics and conduct rigorous testing to ensure system reliability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a software engineer or data scientist building production systems.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with LLMs and NLP techniques.
• Proven background in developing AI agents for content-heavy tasks.
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience with RAG, model grounding, and deploying models via Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
