What you will do

• Embed with GTM and G&A teams to identify, scope, and prioritize high-impact AI opportunities.
• Own the full lifecycle of AI solutions from requirements gathering to deployment and adoption measurement.
• Act as a primary technical partner and AI advisor for business function leaders.
• Develop and deliver hands-on AI enablement and training for non-R&D teams.
• Collaborate on shared infrastructure including RAG systems, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails.
• Quantify the impact of AI adoption to guide prioritization and continued investment.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of shipping production systems.
• Demonstrated experience working directly with non-technical teams to deliver technology-driven transformation.
• Exceptional communication skills for discovery sessions, project briefs, and executive presentations.
• Strong product instincts focused on user problems and measurable outcomes.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and self-direction in building a project backlog.
• Passionate about LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI application patterns like RAG and agents.

Nice to have

• Experience leading AI or digital transformation initiatives with measurable results.
• Background in product management, solutions engineering, or technical consulting.
• Familiarity with GTM/G&A tooling ecosystems like CRM, ERP, and BI platforms.
• Hands-on experience with agentic patterns and evaluation frameworks.
• Experience building internal AI tools or chatbots for non-technical users.
