• Collaborate with hiring managers to align on role requirements and priorities.
• Track candidate progress and monitor labor market trends.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in IT recruitment or technical talent acquisition.
• English: Upper-intermediate (B2) required.
• Polish: Upper-intermediate (B2) required.
• Must be based in Poland.

Nice to have
