What you will do

• Provide real-time troubleshooting in a cleanroom environment (75% of time) to minimize downtime and optimize production output.
• Document disturbances and resolutions to write and enhance Out of Control Action Plans (OCAPs).
• Support and maintain SPC tracking for tooling and products to ensure data-driven process control.
• Execute pre-DRB activities and participate in Disturbance Review Board (DRB) and Material Review Board (MRB) processes.
• Create Engineering Test Plans (ETPs), task lists, and Disturbance Orders (DOs) for escalation and maintenance.
• Perform 'cherry picks' and execute 'As New' quality standards based on D&E and Module PE documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics engineering with 2+ years of experience in production engineering.
• Alternatively, a Master's Degree in the same fields with prior internship experience in a production environment.
• Proven experience troubleshooting mechanical and/or electro-mechanical parts.
• Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology as defined by US Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment (full gowning) and handle lasers, chemicals, and heavy equipment.
