What you will do

• Coordinate internal design teams and external agencies involved in retail projects.
• Ensure the delivery of all required architectural and engineering technical documentation for approved projects.
• Manage compliance with airport authority requirements, concessionaire manuals, and local regulations to obtain approvals.
• Support layout development in line with business needs until final General Arrangement (GA) approval.
• Monitor project progress to ensure timelines, Capex budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Research new materials and technologies to improve design efficiency and sustainability.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail design projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
• Proven experience working in multi-stakeholder and international environments.
• Fluent English.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SketchUp, Photoshop, and 3D Studio Max.
• Proficiency in additional languages.
