What you will do

• Oversee day-to-day lab operations, including space organization, freezer management, and infrastructure coordination.
• Manage procurement, ordering, and inventory systems for consumables and equipment.
• Coordinate shipments, receiving workflows, and vendor communications.
• Ensure laboratory safety, operational compliance, and readiness for inspections.
• Manage logistics for meetings, visitors, and onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Develop and improve operational documentation and tracking systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred (Associate's considered).
• 5+ years of experience in laboratory or scientific operations.
• Proven experience in procurement, inventory management, and shipment coordination.
• Must be able to work on-site at the hirify.global (Cambridge, MA).
• No visa sponsorship available.
• Ability to lift and move laboratory supplies consistent with safety guidelines.
