What you will do

• Own the Google Ads channel end-to-end, managing Search, GDN, Demand Gen, Performance Max, and UAC.
• Launch and scale campaigns with a strict focus on ROI and increasing spend volumes.
• Design testing and scaling frameworks and build campaign architecture.
• Develop automation and rule-based optimization approaches.
• Collaborate with analytics and product teams to optimize funnel performance.
• Identify growth levers across keywords, creatives, audiences, and funnels.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in User Acquisition or Performance Marketing.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Google Ads (Search, GDN, Demand Gen, PMax).
• Experience scaling paid acquisition budgets for B2C digital or subscription products.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• English: B1+ proficiency required

Nice to have

• Experience with scripts, rules, or automation within ad platforms.
• Knowledge of Mobile Measurement and Attribution tools.
