Location: Remote or Hybrid (offices in Limassol, Cyprus and Warsaw, Poland)

What you will do
- Own and scale the Google Ads channel end-to-end, managing campaigns with a strong focus on ROI.
- Launch, structure, and optimize campaigns across Search, GDN, Demand Gen, and Performance Max.
- Build and evolve campaign architecture, processes, and automation systems for scalable growth.
- Design and execute testing frameworks to drive continuous performance improvements.
- Collaborate with analytics and product teams to improve funnel performance and conversion efficiency.
- Scale spend in a controlled manner while maintaining efficiency targets.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in User Acquisition or Performance Marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, GDN, Demand Gen, and Performance Max).
- Proven experience scaling paid acquisition budgets.
- Experience with subscription-based or B2C digital products.
- Solid understanding of funnels (web2web, web2app, app).
- Ability to independently own and develop a growth channel.
Nice to have
- Experience with automation, rules, or scripts within Google Ads.
- Experience building campaign structures and systems from scratch.
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
- Experience in fast-scaling environments.
