What you will do

• Own and scale Meta Ads campaigns end-to-end with a focus on ROAS and LTV.
• Manage and optimize significant monthly paid social budgets.
• Operate and evolve internal UA automation algorithms and campaign logic.
• Design and execute rigorous testing frameworks for creatives and funnels.
• Collaborate with product and creative teams to identify and implement growth levers.
• Maintain detailed campaign documentation and process workflows.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in User Acquisition or Performance Marketing.
• Strong hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
• Experience with subscription or B2C digital products.
• English proficiency: B1+ required.
• Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Deep understanding of web and app acquisition funnels.

Nice to have

• Experience with automation, rules, or scripts.
• Knowledge of mobile measurement and attribution tools.
