Creative Ads Specialist (Meta Ads)

What you will do

• Develop creative concepts for Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
• Create hooks, headlines, direct-response ad copy, calls to action, and scripts for short-form video and UGC-style ads.
• Plan static, carousel, video, testimonial, and problem-solution creative formats.
• Research competitors, trends, audiences, and effective Meta ad formats.
• Collaborate with designers and video editors to execute concepts.
• Analyze CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, hook rate, and other creative performance metrics to develop winning variations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Meta Ads creative strategy or performance marketing.
• Strong understanding of Facebook and Instagram advertising.
• Knowledge of direct-response marketing and conversion-focused creative.
• Strong copywriting, creative thinking, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Experience with UGC and short-form video ads, plus familiarity with Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience with Canva, CapCut, Figma, or similar tools; comfort using AI tools for creative research, ideation, and content development.
