What you will do

• Lead technical production operations across all shifts for live and recorded programming.
• Develop and maintain scalable workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and operating frameworks.
• Manage Supervisors and Assistant Production Directors, focusing on hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• Coordinate with Global Production Scheduling and Studio Operations to ensure operational uptime and efficiency.
• Provide steady leadership in the control room during active productions, ensuring timely decision-making.
• Analyze operational trends and report performance insights and risks to senior leadership.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in operations management within live broadcast, studio, or technical production environments.
• Hands-on experience with multi-camera and technical directing in live or recorded environments.
• Proven ability to lead in control room settings with sound judgment under live show conditions.
• Strong technical fluency in live production workflows and the ability to troubleshoot operational issues.
• Experience managing teams in fast-paced, high-volume, and deadline-driven environments.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and Jira.
