What you will do

• Provide medical, surgical, and preventative care for canine, feline, and small exotic patients.
• Diagnose and treat illnesses and perform both routine and elective surgeries.
• Counsel clients on preventative care, nutrition, behavior, and follow-up care.
• Maintain accurate medical records and collaborate with team members on case management.
• Participate in a shared after-hours rotation and occasional on-call duties.

Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary degree or equivalent from an accredited university.
• Active veterinary state license.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to New Smyrna Beach, FL.
• DEA License and USDA Accreditation are preferred but not required.
