What you will do

• Develop a foundational platform for reconciling transactions across systems, partners, and cash movements.
• Build and integrate scalable data pipelines from various products and systems.
• Create intuitive user experiences to streamline workflows for business counterparts.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to design best-in-class capital systems and processes.
• Break down large projects into individual tasks and deliver them in multiple phases.
• Manage system operations, monitor metrics, and support on-call efforts.

Requirements

• 1.5+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• Fluency in backend development, event processing, or batch processing.
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining products at scale.
• Proficiency with agentic coding.
• Must be based in Canada.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for global collaboration.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Python, JavaScript, React, Airflow, Spark, and SQL.
