What you will do

• Lead electric and gas consulting programs with a focus on Esri GIS technology.
• Manage project deliverables, including use-case development, requirements gathering, and implementation roadmaps.
• Serve as a liaison between the company and clients to ensure project targets and requirements are met.
• Decompose high-level business needs into functional requirements and identify system constraints.
• Mentor junior consultants and engineers while actively participating in performance management.
• Support business development by preparing proposals and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or equivalent utility consulting experience.
• 10 years of work experience in utility consulting or large-scale technology projects.
• Knowledge of electric, gas, or water utility operations.
• Familiarity with Esri GIS technology.
• Willingness to travel 25-35% of the time.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

Nice to have

• Managerial and supervision experience.
• Familiarity with utility operational technologies (Asset/Work Management, OMS, ADMS, AMI).
• Background in regulatory compliance for gas utilities.
