What you will do

• Negotiate supplier agreements to secure competitive pricing, favorable terms, and promotional opportunities.
• Develop and execute procurement and category strategies across all K-12 product lines.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key manufacturers, suppliers, and distributors.
• Oversee financial planning, including annual budgets, forecasts, and margin targets.
• Analyze sales, margin, and inventory KPIs to optimize assortment and profitability.
• Represent the company at industry trade shows, supplier meetings, and business reviews.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 5+ years of industry experience.
• Knowledge of the foodservice industry.
• Knowledge of Group Purchasing Organizations (GPO’s).
• College degree or relevant experience.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to travel at least 5% of the time.
