What you will do

• Serve as the domain expert on sales calls to provide credibility to compliance officers and fraud analysts.
• Define and calibrate AML agent behavior for SAR generation and alert triage.
• Support implementation calls, QBRs, and technical deep dives for existing customers.
• Provide actionable product feedback based on real-world case queue experience and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Product, Risk, AI, and GTM teams to shape the AML product roadmap.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as an AML analyst and manager with a background in working case queues.
• Multi-institution background required (e.g., experience across neobanks, payment companies, and community banks).
• Deep understanding of regulatory environments (FINTRAC/PCMLTFA, FCA, JMLSG, or AMLD).
• Proven ability to translate compliance concepts into technical requirements for AI-assisted case management.
• Strong communication skills to articulate complex AML judgments to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
