Salary: $116,000 Annually Fixed Rate

What you will do
- Manage Workday tenant configuration, business processes, and system settings.
- Lead system updates, releases, and implement new features to maximize organizational impact.
- Serve as the Tier 3 technical escalation point for complex Workday issues and enable support teams.
- Lead the Workday change control committee with HR, Finance, and IS stakeholders to facilitate system enhancements.
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party support to optimize platform performance.
Requirements
- Must be based in the state of Wisconsin.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis; no visa sponsorship provided.
- 7+ years of hands-on Workday administration, including tenant management, security roles, and release management.
- Proficiency in integrations using EIB, Core Connect, APIs, and Workday Studio.
- Experience with cloud platforms and data reporting tools such as Prism, calculated fields, and dashboards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Workday certifications in HCM, Finance, or Security.
- Experience with identity and access management (IAM) systems and IT security best practices.
- CompTIA A+ or other professional IT certifications.
- Experience leading system implementations and managing third-party integrations.
