What you will do

• Configure and enhance Core HCM, including job profiles, positions, and staffing transactions.
• Design and maintain complex Business Processes, routing, and condition rules.
• Build and manage inbound/outbound EIB and API integrations.
• Design Workday dashboards, scorecards, and advanced calculated fields.
• Perform impact assessments, regression testing, and release management.
• Communicate technical requirements and solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5 years of hands-on Workday experience.
• Strong capability in Workday HCM configuration (Talent, Performance, Recruiting, Compensation, Absence).
• Proven experience building reports and complex integrations (Core Connectors, EIBs, RaaS).
• Solid understanding of Workday Architecture.
• Must be based in London, UK for hybrid work requirements.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Workday Pro Certification.
• Familiarity with Workday Web Services, XML, and JSON.
• Experience in global, multi-country environments.
